Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Associate Accountant to provide essential support to our Finance Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for various accounting processes, including Accounts Payable. You will assist in entering invoices into the internal approval system, posting vendor invoices, and entering data into the system in line with established guidelines. Additionally, you will help in preparing reports, accounting statements, and actively participate in monthly closing processes. The role also includes supporting the preparation of financial statements and settlements, as well as assisting the business in its daily duties.

  • Being responsible for accounting processes (mainly Accounts Payable), 
  • Entering invoices to the internal invoice approval system, 
  • Posting invoices from vendors, 
  • Entering data into the system according to guidelines, 
  • Preparation of reports and accounting statements, 
  • Active participation in monthly closing processes, 
  • Active support in the preparation of financial statements and settlements, 
  • Supporting business in everyday duties. 

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:   

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or related fields.
  • Previous experience in Accounting or similar departments will be an advantage. 
  • Fluent in English (min. B2) and Polish   
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) 
  • Organizational skills & attention to details.  
  • Strong team player.  
  • Motivated, confident and can do attitude  
  • Excellent organization, reliability, initiative and commitment 
  • Demonstrable ownership, ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
