Position Summary:

Nevada Key Account Manager-Casinos/Resorts will drive brand visibility, programming, sales, and distribution. for the MJUS portfolio, focusing on on-premise accounts, including resorts and casinos. This role involves managing resources, supporting consumer events, and delivering brand education. Strong communication and influencing skills are essential to fostering partnerships that align with Jägermeister and Teremana goals.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

· Account Management: Call on casino/resort chain buyers to drive distribution, volume, and brand awareness through the RFP process. Conduct compliance checks and identify street-level opportunities that align with brand strategy.

· Collaboration: Work closely with SGWS Casino/Resorts teams for strategy development and execution, ensuring alignment with MJUS goals. Conduct quarterly business reviews with account buyers and SGWS teams.

· Program Execution: Develop and activate custom marketing plans that align with company strategy and on-premise account segmentation. Leverage field marketing teams and advanced technology for scalable execution.

· Sales Execution: Enhance brand execution by developing local solutions, ensuring proper distribution, merchandising, and drink features in key accounts. Strategically grow sales volume by targeting key accounts and influencers.

· Innovation: Collaborate across teams to pursue entrepreneurial solutions and capitalize on local trends to inspire future programming.

· Analysis & Administration: Track and monitor program spending using tools like Power BI, iDig, and Karma. Provide insights on major events, consumer activities, and POS effectiveness to refine strategies.

· Distributor Engagement: Build strong relationships with local distributors and key accounts, ensuring brand standards are met. Represent MJUS at customer events and industry conferences, promoting brand history and production.

Day to Day includes:

  • 2-3 days per week creating RFP decks and conducting meetings with casino chain buyers.
  • 2-3 days per week in market, meeting with casino/resort accounts to drive compliance and capitalize on identified opportunities.
  • Collaborate with and integrate SGWS teams into this process.

Requirements

      • Bachelor's Degree is required, MBA a plus
      • Minimum of 5 years experience in beverage alcohol and a minimum 3 years selling to National or Regional Account customers
      • Willingness to learn selling the Jägermeister way
      • Proven track record of successful sales, goal attainment, programming, and partnerships in on premise Accounts
      • Skillful in working across teams internally and externally
      • Demonstrated budget and sales management skills
      • Understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms and marketing plans
      • Managed third party agency relationships and maximize customer spend
      • Must have a valid driver's license and own vehicle to travel
      • Thorough knowledge of state and federal laws and industry guidelines governing your activities. Familiarity with Distilled Spirits Counsel of the U.S. ("DISCUS") Code of Responsible Practices and beverage alcohol laws and regulations a plus
      • Excellent computer skills across Microsoft Office and internal data systems
      • Excellent time management and administrative skills
