Mast-Jägermeister US, Inc., is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Summer Finance Intern to join our team. This position is ideal for a finance, accounting, or business student-or recent graduate-who is eager to develop their skills in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting within the alcohol industry.
In this role, you will gain hands-on experience with our financial operations, work closely with our team, and immerse yourself in our brand and company culture. Throughout the internship, you will have the opportunity to interact with the Senior Leadership Team, collaborate with department leaders, and network with professionals across the organization. You will contribute to meaningful projects that support financial planning, forecasting, and overall business strategy.

This internship is designed to be both practical and educational, allowing you to apply classroom knowledge in a professional setting. The Finance Intern will gain valuable insight into what it's like to work in the finance department of a major spirits company while developing critical skills for a future career in finance or accounting.
This is a hybrid internship - ability to work in our HQ White Plains office and remotely.
Department Projects and Responsibilities:
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering data from SAP and other financial tools
- Help prepare analysis of budgets - identifying risk and opportunities within budgets
- Assist with month end close activities
- Help manage T&E processing
- Support the finance team with other ad-hoc tasks as needed
Key Learnings:
- Learn different functions within Microsoft Excel
- Learn how to identify risk and opportunity when analyzing budgets
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of an accredited finance, accounting, or business program.
- Demonstrated interest in financial analysis, corporate finance, or the alcohol industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and financial software or tools (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, or other ERP systems preferred).
- Must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with alcohol industry regulations.
