Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for alternative distribution channels, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Your vision and leadership will be crucial in driving the company's growth and success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including account, sales, markets, divisions, and regional functions to drive successful strategy execution. Your ability to work with diverse teams will be key to achieving our goals.
• Identify and engage potential partners and customers through direct outreach, partnerships, and market intelligence. Your efforts will help us build strong relationships and expand our market presence.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, from qualifying leads to negotiating contracts and closing deals. Your expertise in sales will be instrumental in driving revenue growth5.
• Expand the company's reach by developing and managing relationships with fintechs, acquirers, issuers, and other ecosystem players. Your strategic partnerships will enhance our position in the market6.
• Lead the strategy and execution for the Global SME Marketplaces to drive revenue growth and market penetration in this segment. Your leadership will be pivotal in achieving our global objectives7.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and establish thought leadership in the SME alternative distribution channels space. Your presence will make a lasting impact.
• Track and analyse performance metrics, adjusting tactics and strategies as needed to exceed growth targets. Your analytical skills will ensure we stay ahead of the competition.
• Lead a team of specialist sales to drive revenue growth and expand market presence. Your leadership will inspire and motivate your team to achieve excellence.
• Engage with senior executives to align strategies and drive initiatives that support the company's overall goals. Your ability to influence and collaborate with top leadership will be essential for success.
• Leverage your sales management experience to develop and implement effective sales strategies, ensuring the team meets and exceeds targets. Your expertise in sales management will be a key driver of our growth.

All About you & Qualifications
• Proven experience in strategy execution and cross-functional alignment within financial services, fintech, or payments.
• Strong leadership and execution skills, with a track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically, manage multiple priorities, and drive complex projects to successful completion.
• Deep understanding of the alternative distribution channels ecosystem, including key players, market trends, and best practices.
• Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Proven experience engaging internal and external commercial and technical stakeholders to drive solution development and adoption.
• Strong background in sales, business development, or account management within financial services, fintech, or payments.
• Experience working with fintech's and alternative payment providers to drive innovation in B2B transactions.
• Strong relationship management, influencing, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, a quick learner, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree (required); advanced degree preferred.
• English required.
