Vice President, Enterprise Strategy

This position will play a key partnership role to support the development of the regional strategy and manage business enablement for the region. The VP - Regional Strategy & Business Enablement will be part of the Business Excellence team, a key function that provides the levers and insights to support the development and execution of the regional strategic growth and expansion plans. The outstanding professional in this role is:

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Lead the thinking of high impact strategy projects in the AP and APEMEA regions, in strong collaboration with senior level stakeholders within divisional, regional and global functions.
• Contribute to the overall strategy agenda through thought leadership and creativity.
• Drive and develop executive level strategy documents capturing the organization's vision and business focus areas in partnership and alignment with country teams and business verticals across Core, Commercial New Payment Flows (CNPF), Services.
• Working with executive level stakeholders in the Asia Pacific Leadership Team, leading management for measurement of execution enterprise-wide strategic focus areas and business operating programs.
• Ensure connectivity to AP and APEMEA objectives, to drive business goals.
• Determine the approach, outputs and KPIs for key business units, ensuring strong alignment to MA strategic priorities and MA Way.
• Lead development of direction setting, narratives, objectives and coordination of efforts across business verticals to support of our business objectives. Working closely with the vertical leads to ensure timely delivery of outputs.
• Drive and determine the right framework for our customer engagement to determine the correct model, approach, and governance across APEMEA. Work closely with regional and country leads to determine an aligned approach.
• Manage relationships and other related workstreams, linked to MA strategic priorities, across the business to ensure buy-in, engagement and committed deliverables i.e. Core, CNPF, Services, Finance etc.
• Share learnings and insights with Divisional Presidents, Country Managers, and other key stakeholders, where relevant.
• Management of cross functional teams to drive outputs and deliverables.

• Highly motivated with strong work ethic and ability to act with urgency and flexibility to drive results and prioritize multiple work with business acumen
• Consultative and inquisitive mindset
• Enterprise strategy or management consulting experience in payments is strongly preferred
• Can navigate through complexity and ambiguity to create tangible outputs.
• Results-driven with strong execution skills and ability to link all outputs bring strategy and plan to life with partners
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail, with extensive experience working with multiple business units and functions
• Highly detailed orientated but with the ability to elevate messages to C-suite, business unit audiences
• Highly collaborative with exceptional people management, interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Must be able to navigate a highly matrixed organization with multiple internal stakeholder groups
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong PowerPoint skills
