Overview:
The Services team leads Mastercard's efforts to develop new solutions and services that help customers make smarter decisions with better outcomes. The team provides solutions in the areas of Security Solutions, Consumer Acquisition & Engagement, Business & Market Insights, Open Banking, as well as Services Business Development to drive the sales of these services to our customers. Our customers include Retail Financial Institutions, Commercial Banking, Acquirers, Retail & Commerce, Processors, Governments, Fintech, and Digital Players. We are creating competitive advantage for Mastercard through the innovation of highly differentiated new solutions.

We are currently seeking an experienced SVP to develop and drive a successful Services strategy in the Canada market. You will be responsible for adapting and tailoring Mastercard's global strategy for Services including overall responsibility for the Services P&L in the Canadian market.

About the Role
This position will partner closely with the North America Services leadership teams of Security Solutions, Business & Market Insights, Consumer Acquisition & Engagement, Open Banking and Services Business Development and be responsible for:
- Driving the financial outcomes for each line of business in the Canada market
- Co-managing the economic and commercial levers with global and regional product management teams
- Bringing ideas for new products and enhancement of existing products to deliver on double digit growth aspirations
- Bringing the alignment of the new corporate org structure to life by unlocking cross services product integrations and ideas; driving partnership across teams in a highly-matrixed environment
- Defining Canada sales enablement strategies and manage sales pipelines in alignment with Canada President and Leadership Team and North America Services Lead
- Driving the Canada Services strategy, including identification and development of new Services lines of business
- Partnering with global product teams, to develop and launch regional operating and sales models, including acquired companies operating in the Canada region
- Contributing to global services strategies with insights from Canadian market customers and market drivers
- Identifying potential new Canada M&A opportunities
- Integration of services capabilities in product propositions through collaboration with Canada Core and Digital product team
- Cultivating the Canada Services team culture and talent capabilities
- Provide day to day leadership presence in the Toronto office, including executive sponsorship of Business Resource Groups, leadership panels, coaching, mentoring and other activities that foster a strong Team Canada culture.

- Proven experience in leading and managing within a highly matrix environment

- Participate and contribute to both NAM and Canada leadership meetings
- Strong management background that combines both product/solution development and sales management
Pay Ranges:
Toronto, Canada:$220,000- $400,000
