Overview
The European Digital Platforms team is looking for a Specialist, Product Management to drive forward our vision of biometric authentication for digital payments, through problem-solving and driving engagement both within and outside of the digital product team. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and is into storytelling. This role provides growth opportunities in the area of digital product management.

Role
In this product management position for authentication solutions, you will:
• Leverage data analytics (through Enterprise Reporting, Tableau) to support strategic product initiatives
• Coordinate payment passkeys pilot implementation projects and lead regular update meetings
• Liaise with the global authentication product management team
• Coordinate regional product management input into the Studio process (product management framework)
• Create and maintain product collaterals for internal and external audiences
• Manage incoming product inquiries
• Liaise with divisions and customer-facing teams to address product inquiries around payment passkeys and biometric-based authentication
• Organise and lead team meetings and activities
All About You
The ideal candidate for this position should have:
• Vivid interest in data analytics, data visualisation and storytelling
• Leadership and influencing skills to successfully navigate a diverse and multifaceted organisation, including at more senior levels
• Ambition to advance in product management
• A first professional experience in an industry such as management consulting, payments, banking, fintech, insurance or e-commerce
• A Master-level degree in business administration, economics, finance, technology, sciences, engineering
