Senior Specialist, US Operations & Strategy
Overview
The US Operations & Strategy team is a high performing group of operations and strategy professionals that help drive growth and efficiency in the US region. The Senior Specialist, US Operations & Strategy, will work collaboratively across the region and with our product and services organizations to drive alignment and execute new initiatives to grow our US business. This position will also help drive our global merchant coordination and growth. The Senior Specialist will report to the Senior Vice President, US Operations & Strategy.

Role
o Partner with other members of the Operations & Strategy team to manage and oversee implementation of initiatives set by the Co-Presidents of the US Region
o Gather & analyze large data sets to develop actionable insights and compelling visualizations. Possess strong understanding of Mastercard data and relevant tools (e.g. CRM, data warehouse etc.)
o Go-to resource for regional teams to help with strategic planning and resolving broader operational issues
o Share data, information, and best practices across the US region to advance efficiency and performance
o Coordinate our global merchant teams across the regions to help optimize results and ensure leadership are aware of global impacts
o Contribute to quarterly operating reviews, monthly reporting and other

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. Pay Ranges
Purchase, New York: $101,000 - $162,000 USD
