Job Title: Product Strategy Senior Specialist

Position Overview
The Product Strategy Sr. Specialist will support the definition of our consumer products' value proposition and go to market strategy in 6 Latin American markets by developing an understanding of the competitive landscape, customer needs and future trends.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and potential areas for product innovation
• Develop a deep understanding of market performance and key drivers of our products and identify growth opportunities
• Analyze performance metrics and customer feedback and work with our services business development team in delivering solutions to improve performance of our products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including regional product teams, loyalty, marketing, and sales, to bring innovative ideas to our markets
• Build structured presentations to communicate product strategy to stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Education
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Advanced English Level (written and speaking) is needed

• Consulting experience from a top rated consulting firm is desirable
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies
• Deep understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and product development methodologies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams
• Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a customer-centric mindset
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
