Overview
• Develops and executes go-to-markets for new products including positioning, operations, collateral development, training materials and landing page development

• Oversees long-term and short-term strategic initiatives for a product focused on growth and enablement.
Role
• Ensures that operating, customer, and market readiness requirements are met for products, product enhancements and product features
• Installs product service models and supports process and program infrastructure by customer type (e.g. issuer, acquirer, merchant, wallet partner, consumers) and geographic market
• Monitors achievement of corporate key performance indicators (KPIs), and defines KPIs for their area of responsibility
• Implements and monitors business processes and standards to ensure a controlled global operating environment consistent with profitability standards in their area of responsibility
• Supports efforts to ensure recoverability of essential business functions in the event of business disruption, including providing recommendations for modifications
• Works with technology, engineering, operations, and architecture teams to manage a strategic platform roadmaps in support of product roadmaps and market expansion goals
• Helps inform to the annual budgeting and financial strategy for their area of responsibility including initial ask

• Demonstrated experience building relationships, partnering with and influencing people while commanding the respect of individual product teams across the organization
