Portfolio Optimization is a data-driven process that enhances portfolio revenue performance for our issuers and Mastercard by leveraging our assets to align our core and service businesses.
Key performances and focused area are driving ATM to POS, Activation Rate, XB Spends, POS Spends, Acquisition and Upgrade initiatives. Any activity that helps improve current portfolio KPI and MC Revenue are considered as Portfolio Optimization initiative for the region.
Overview of Accountabilities
Work with our product team & CSC leads to understand the key PO metrics to drive insights and provide solutions on common pain points in achieving PO KPIs and operating efficiency. Create portfolio optimization dashboards for division and regional market.
Drive active engagement with Account Managers, Regional Marketing Leads, Business Development Leads (D&S) to drive PO execution with select issuers.
Responsible in Planning, Go to market execution, and tracking of PO performance & results on a quarterly basis.
The position will report to the VP, Product Management, Portfolio Optimization - EEMEA.
Role
Acting as the point of contact for internal stakeholders on all portfolio optimization dashboards & analytic requests.
Work with cross-functional teams to proactively address customer performance improvement needs. Provide PO metrics to drive insights and provide solutions on common pain points in achieving PO KPIs and operating efficiency.
Monitor, track and evaluate portfolio performance; ability to locate and use relevant data to support performance measurement, tracking, and product insights.
Generate quarterly PO newsletters & PO Dashboards to each division and highlight key account performances to drive portfolio performances.
Working closely with regional teams to identify and execute initiatives to drive additional revenue opportunities. These efforts include ideation, concept validation, business case development, creation of product or solution and other market readiness activities
