Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our innovative Product Team to drive the development of data-focused products that will empower internal teams and customers. This role is critical to creating data-driven insights that will influence product strategy and improve the user experience. You will collaborate closely with Analytics, Data Science, and Data Engineering teams to create and leverage data to apply it across various business functions and applications. This role requires both technical expertise and an understanding of how to drive business value from data.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will manage the entire product lifecycle for data-related features, from ideation to execution. You'll work cross-functionally with Product, UX, Engineering, and Customer Success teams, ensuring that the data available is intuitive, impactful, and tailored to the needs of users both internally and externally.

- Define and maintain the product strategy and roadmap for internal and external features, including KPIs, and analytics tools in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of data-driven features to support business and customer needs, ensuring high-quality user experiences.
- Collaborate with Analytics, Data Science and Data Engineering teams to ensure effective use of data for various applications, such as personalization, loyalty program optimizations, and customer insights.
- Monitor key product performance metrics and provide regular updates to senior leadership, making data-driven decisions to influence product direction.
- Manage the development and launch of high-visibility data pipelines and analytics dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights for internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Work closely with engineering to ensure efficient data integration and product functionality, while aligning technical development with business goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation, staying ahead of trends in the loyalty marketing industry.
- Communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders in an accessible and actionable manner.

All About You

- Proven experience in product management with a focus on data engineering, data infrastructure or a related area.
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data processing frameworks.
- Experience analyzing data, identifying trends, and generating insights.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working closely with Analytics, Data Science and Engineering teams.
- Deep empathy for customers, with a commitment to understanding and advocating for their needs.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A track record of delivering high-impact data solutions, driving measurable business outcomes.
- Ability to work autonomously, managing multiple projects and priorities.
- Business acumen and a keen interest in the loyalty industry, including platform usage, market analysis, and competitive landscape.
