Role -
As a Senior Specialist, Product Management, you will play a key role in driving product enhancements, analyzing data-driven insights, and supporting client engagements. Your responsibilities will include:
• Product Development & Enhancements: Contribute to the design and implementation of new features for location intelligence products, ensuring they meet client needs and market trends.
• Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze large-scale transaction and merchant datasets to generate actionable insights that enhance product capabilities.
• Client Support & Query Management: Address client queries, providing data-driven recommendations and ensuring smooth product adoption.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data science, engineering, sales, and consulting teams, to drive product success.
• Market Research & Strategy: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to refine product strategies and identify new opportunities.
• Product quality: Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and overall quality of product outputs, working closely with data science and engineering teams.

All about you -

• Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in technology, data analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Analytical Expertise: Proven ability to conduct data analysis to support product strategy, commercial decisions, and business growth.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in analytics solutions for payments, financial services, or related industries is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, Hadoop, Excel, Tableau, and other analytics tools, with experience handling large datasets.
• Strategic Problem-Solving: Strong analytical mindset to break down complex and ambiguous problems into actionable insights.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritize competing tasks, and drive end-to-end execution in a cross-functional environment.
• Collaboration & Communication: Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to clearly articulate problem statements, insights, and opportunities to both internal and external partners.
