Senior Solutions Strategist
The Senior Solution Strategist plays a critical role in driving Dynamic Yield's success by providing strategic guidance and solutions to our clients. They will be responsible for understanding client needs, analysing market trends, and developing innovative strategies to address customer challenges. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing technology and the ability to translate customer requirements into actionable solutions that leverage those technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Advise on the right roles and responsibilities to run a successful optimisation and personalisation programs
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand client needs and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Develop comprehensive solutions/use cases that leverage our experience OS to meet client requirements.
- Present and articulate complex solutions to clients, demonstrating the value and benefits.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and emerging technologies in MarTech.
