Senior Product Manager - Technical

Overview:
• Mastercard Send™ enables near real-time payment transfers to and from billions of cards, bank and digital accounts globally. Through a connection to Mastercard Send, businesses, merchants, governments, humanitarian organizations, financial institutions and others can send money to consumers and businesses domestically and cross-border. Mastercard Send supports multiple use cases, including person-to-person (P2P) transfers, business-to-consumers (B2C) disbursements and government-to-consumer (G2C) disbursements. With our technology and expertise, we are making sending and receiving money safe, simple and fast.
• The Product Manager is a member of the Mastercard's Decision Management Platform(a.k.a DMP) team. This position will be responsible for day-to-day interactions with Regional Product leads and Development managers, release team and other stakeholders. At times, collabrating with our customers to monitor and ensure product and programs performance is also on the list. They will develop and lead sancation service program in partnership with Product team to increase approval rates and minimize specific program performance and act as a first point of contact for SEND Program of DMP to solve for Mastercard Send Enablement queries from Send customers to ensure product reach.

Role & Responsibilities
• Develop and lead SEND program in partnership with variaous teams collabrating in same project to plan development, schedule releases, increase approval rates and minimize specific program performance issues, troubleshooting and investigating issues that arise as part of general daily business scenarios.
• First point of support for DMP SEND program to solve for Mastercard Send Enablement queries from Send customers to ensure product reach establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel in issuer accounts as well as internal cross-functional teams
• Proactively support lower approval rate use case analysis and resolution by establishing contact with Product and development teams to resolve acceptance issues and join Customer calls as SME to address approval rates and declines reasons.
• Develop analysis and insights based on approval rates and card enablement and validate system setup, working with appropriate internal partner to ensure accuracy
• Support testing efforts with Product, and protentially with Issuers, to validate SEND enablement and expand testing capabilities in every region and for all card types and applicable use cases.
• Manage the Variance Management process, discuss the Enablement opportunities with Product and Project management teams, and provide regular monitoring updates.
• Taking briefs directly from the client and implementing these to achieve good outcomes is an important part of the role. Consolidating Voice of Customer information to inform product enhancement
• Learning and understanding the systems and processes behind what we do in order to get the best result in the fastest way is critical. Internal relationship building and stakeholder management is key here.

All About You/Experience
• Bachelor's degree required
• Demonstrated track record of championing cross-functional and cross-regional initiatives and driving initiatives to the desired outcome
• Your customer centric focus with a proven ability to establish productive working relationships both internally and across customer organizations is key to your success
• You can present complex information and recommendations in an easily understood and impactful way
• Clear, concise and strong verbal/written presentation and communication skills are essential, with advanced use in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• You are proactive, curious to learn, and eager to crack complex topics.
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Self-motivated, operates with a sense of urgency
• Understands and can explain the business context and the associated customer use cases
• Experience contributing data-driven reports into consultative discussions to resolve and improve product enablement and approval rates with our customers.

Pay Ranges
Vancouver, Canada: $87,000.00 - $139,000.00 CAD Annual
