Services within Mastercard is responsible for acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers by managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving the digital payments experience. We provide value-added services and leverage expertise, data-driven insights, and execution.
As a Senior Analyst, you will work with local and global marketing teams to generate demand for Mastercard's Services offerings. Collaborating with the local and global marketing teams, product marketing, sales, and business development, you will work to develop and execute campaigns and events targeting mid- and bottom-funnel engagement. These campaigns will leverage a broad mix of marketing tactics including field marketing, digital, and content with the goal of driving leads to the local sales and account management teams. You will focus on Services Marketing's hosted summit programs, creating strategic touchpoints throughout the year in a thoughtful way.
This role requires a person who can be both collaborative with other teams, while at the same time driving marketing initiatives forward to completion with operational excellence. You will need to manage multiple projects and balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Role
• Execute marketing campaigns on behalf of the Mastercard Services business unit's field marketing in the US and Canada.
• Coordinate and partner with country and regional business owners, marketing teams, and sales teams on joint demand generation initiatives that drive ROI.
• Plan and manage hosted half-day and full-day summits for prospects and customers, establishing Mastercard as a thought leader in the industry.
• Plan and manage regional events, trade shows, and other marketing activities to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
• Collaborate with Partner Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Business Development leads to execute joint campaigns.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns across multiple channels to support teams in creating and executing awareness. Including hands-on campaign execution for field events and target account marketing.
• Work closely with sales teams to optimize the marketing/sales lead handoff to ensure lead handling SLAs (service level agreements) are being met.
All About You:
• Experience in B2B field marketing, preferably in the NAM region, performing in marketing for a portfolio of successful customer acquisition programs using field, digital and content marketing tactics.
• Hands-on experience and expertise in hosting 100-person+ events.
• Experience in field marketing, target account marketing, and account-based marketing strategies preferred
• Record of successfully working in matrix marketing organizations.
• Detail-oriented, well organized, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-directed and creative thinker; ready to proactively bring innovative ideas to the table, solve problems and take risks, to find new and innovative ways to improve results.
• • CRM (Customer Relationship Management) experience; Salesforce.com preferred
• Marketing automation expertise
• Familiarity with HTML
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
