Focused on thinking big and scaling fast around the globe, this agile team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base. We combine traditional management consulting with our rich data assets and in-house technology to provide our clients with powerful strategic insights and recommendations. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, these services include consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, test-and-learn business experimentation, and data-driven information and risk management services. While specializing in the payments industry, Mastercard Data & Services also works closely with major retailers, airlines, and other enterprises, leveraging data and insights garnered from within and beyond its network.

Role
The position is for the Insights & Enablement team, a global team focused on ensuring that all of Data & Services can make data-driven decisions and operate effectively and efficiently. This person will report to the Manager of Consulting Operations and will contribute to drive efficiency within the global Data & Services ~2,500 consulting team by supporting activities such as capacity planning, evaluation & development and recognition.

Expectations
• Understands internal client needs and identifies opportunities to improve its efficiency
• Clearly formulates a problem statement and effectively structures how to address it through analyses and activities
• Executes analyses in autonomously and flawlessly, knowing how to leverage the existing tools
• Summarizes insights and implications in a concise and clear way through well crafted powerpoint decks
• Effectively participates in meetings with senior stakeholders, understanding their context and providing own point of view (when applicable)
• Takes full ownership for implementing agreed initiatives
• Build strong relationships with manager level clients and internal stakeholders to guide impactful decisions
• Partners with peers from other teams whenever needed in order to deliver agreed initiatives
• Proactively plans and prioritizes own work, leveraging the supervisor when needed
• Seeks opportunities to learn more about the business and grow one's career
• Act as a professional and mature leader in all situations

All about you & Experience
• Engineering or business degree
• 2-4 years of analytical experience with proven problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills in English
• Drive to grow own's career
