Senior Analyst, Finance Business Partner
Overview:
This critical role will support FP&A and deal management responsibilities in the Transfer Solutions global finance team. The role will include forecasting, budgeting, deal modeling and approval, monthly financial close support, and ad-hoc analytics.

Role:
• Support financial planning and analysis for the Transfer Solutions business unit: accurate forecasting, budgeting, opportunities and risk management, etc.
• Partner with regional business development stakeholders to facilitate the deal management process, ensuring accuracy of business cases for new customer opportunities
• Manage aspects of month end financial close activities in collaboration with regional finance, controllership, and business partners, providing detailed variance analysis for revenue and expenses
• Develop and maintain financial reports that support team deliverables and provide insight into financial/business performance
• Build and maintain close relationships with finance, product, and business development partners to drive efficiency in cross functional workflows
• Provide ad-hoc analytics support
All About You:
• Previous experience in financial planning and analysis with demonstrated forecasting and reporting skills
• Strong modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to manipulate large datasets
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial reporting software (Hyperion, Oracle, etc.) is required
• An interest in identifying patterns in data/the story behind the numbers
• Proactive with a sense of results ownership-you take the lead on delivering outcomes without waiting for direction
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Adept at building relationships with a variety of colleagues, comfortable interacting across different job levels
• Grasp of basic accounting principles
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field preferred

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
