Key Responsibilities
Mastercard is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team. In this role, you will support key financial processes and partner with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth, optimize budgeting and forecasting processes, and provide valuable financial insights to stakeholders.

Leads the revenue forecasting and budgeting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with the business goals and objectives
• Prepares and presents financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) and analysis, highlighting the key drivers and variances of the business performance
• Drives strategy and business process improvement initiatives by building and maintaining financial tools to perform analysis and modeling; provides insights and recommendations to optimize the region, product and business unit plans
• Communicates across the various stakeholder groups to ensure alignment and transparency within the organization
• Drives strong controls and processes related to the management of contra revenue and develops deep understanding of contracts with customers and the implications it will have to the P&L
• Demonstrates strong modeling capabilities leveraging automation and data-driven approaches; supports the establishment of consistent frameworks
• Successfully embodies change management; fosters a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

Qualifications
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or CFA a plus
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the payments, fintech, or technology sectors.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting; advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems, familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights. Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated capability to proactively identify issues and drive solutions. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
40% of the revenue Atlantina / Ficohsa (loyalty platform) is with MRS
Direct tie-in on account plans/targets
Second is the MDF/investments - where are the big bets
Replicate GTM, and help us solve some of these hypothesis (year for testing mainly on security side)
