Title and Summary

Senior Analyst, Excellence

OVERVIEW:

The Senior Analyst, Excellence will work with the Excellence function in the SEO Team to in-year performance across the APEMEA business. As part of the Excellence team the analyst will have opportunity to support the team on key initiatives, including:
• Proactive and reactive projects and initiatives that drive in-year business performance
• Monitoring and measurement of in-year business performance, including preparation for leadership meetings (QORs, Regional Health, ELT updates etc.)
• Planning and alignment of objectives and priorities across Corporate, BUs and APEMEA

The Senior Analyst position comes with exposure to APEMEA strategic and transformational priorities, access to senior leaders and a wide range of cross regional and cross functional stakeholders - i.e. finance, P&C, P&E, CD etc.

The role provides an opportunity for the right individual to develop communication, leadership, analysis and project management skills in a fast-paced and very diverse environment.

ROLE:

• Partnering with the Operations team, Corporate FP&A, Business Excellence teams and Business Units, own the development of a monthly APEMEA performance dashboard
• Reviewing performance data across APEMEA and corporate priorities on a regular basis, raising insights and opportunities and risks to SEO leadership in a timely manner
• Providing PMO support to key strategic initiatives and projects, ensuring effective governance, clear planning, timely follow up of actions, risks and issues
• Supporting QOR process and ad hoc updates to Executive Leadership as required
• Acting as a role model in how to partner across the enterprise to achieve challenging in-year objectives

ALL ABOUT YOU:

• Consistent outstanding academic record
• Fluency in English a must
• 3+ years of business management or consulting experience in a reputed company
• Knowledge of payments or financial services preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and varied business environment
• Learning agility and curiosity, with the ability to take initiative and break new ground
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of successfully navigating across all levels within a matrix environment
• Prior project management or project administration experience on large-scale enterprise-wide projects
• Demonstrable ability to clearly represent and draw business conclusions from performance data
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
