Overview

The Advisors Research Center (ARC) team is looking for a Research Manager to drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about research, the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualitative research expertise is key for the role.

Role

Perform end-to-end research (Qualitative and quantitative):

Do briefing sessions and Scoping research projects

Design research instruments: Screeners, questionnaires and moderation guides, among others.

Scripting and data processing

Moderation of in-depth interviews and focus groups

Analysis

Charting and reporting

Storytelling

Oral presentations

With background on the financial sector

All About You

Senior level of qualitative and quantitative research experience

Project Management Expertise

Soft skills related to a Managerial position: Ability to negotiate, strong analytical skills and team work
