What it is

It's an 18-month program that educates, inspires personal growth, and builds professional confidence to create a Priceless career with Mastercard. Launch will include development opportunities such as:

• A capstone final project

You will work with our dedicated leaders-successful managers and executives who inspire, mentor, and coach others toward successful careers here at Mastercard.

What you'll do

You will have the opportunity to work with and be part the Dublin Tech Hub & Workplace Experience leadership team to create meaningful experiences in our tech hub. This role combines supporting the development and evolution of the Tech Hub strategy including communications, community and technology ecosystem engagement strategies, workplace culture initiatives and to ensure our Hub is inviting and innovative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience curation and execution for client and partner engagements,
workshops and networking
• Design and implementation of initiatives to enhance workplace culture and
community engagement.
• Support internal and external strategic communication & outreach activities
• Operational and governance process definition and implementation
• Working with broader Tech Hub team to coordinate the end to end and
outcomes of all related activities
• Stakeholder management of technology and operations functions

All About You:

• A final year Masters/Bachelor student majoring in Business Administration,
Business and Information Technology, Project Management related degree
• Available to start a new, permanent role in September 2025
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with analytical and problem-
solving capabilities
• Strategic thinker with ability to derive and translate data analytics to meet
business goals
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Project management skills, highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Interest in payments and new tech
• English Language skills to a professional standard
• PMP course certification is a plus
• A willingness to move fast, add value and own outcomes in everything you
do
