Overview
The Ethoca Product Integration team is looking for a Project Coordinator. This role is new to our NAM team and is needed to support our more strategic customer projects with more rigor and tracking. You will be responsible for managing the overall coordination, status reporting, schedules and stability of project-oriented work efforts. You will be the main point of contact for customers and collaborate with an Ethoca Product Integration Manager (the technical SME).
Our ideal candidate is someone that has experience working in a customer-facing project role. You will need to have strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, and be someone who likes working closely with teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on time. This is an individual contributor role.

What this role looks like day to day
• Working with our customers over the course of their onboarding journey with us, from kick-offs calls to gathering requirements and checking in on progress against milestones.
• Collaborating across different areas of the business to deliver Ethoca solutions to customers.
• Identifying and tracking project risks, issues and any required mitigating actions, and providing regular updates on projects to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Effectively dealing with and developing solutions to moderately difficult problems, as well as overseeing the resolution of escalated issues.

All About You
The ideal candidate for this position should:
• Experience in customer-facing project coordinator role
• Strong (and proven) ability to manage multiple projects, resources and competing priorities; ideally in a multi-site/location environment (global experience preferred)
• Strong strategic planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to produce & present project status (including reporting/dashboards) to all levels of the organization including executive audiences
• Clear and effective communicator both internally and customer facing with various stakeholders
• Strong collaborator - you bring people together to achieve a shared-goal
• Continuous improvement - demonstrated ability to problem solve and influence the implementation of change to help prepare as we scale globally
