Product Manager Learning Engines, Virtual Digital Safari
The role of the Product Management, Business Analysis and Project Management Support is to manage and coordinate a wide scope of key product workstreams. This role will support the Virtual Digital Safari Product Lead currently leading the design, development and deployment of a new format of an existing global thought leadership program.

Mastercard Virtual Digital Safari is the global thought leadership program for middle to senior executive customers. The program provides a curated view of the global payments, technology and innovation landscape which helps customers reimagine their digital transformation roadmaps. The program is delivered in live formats and through an on-demand platform.
The Virtual Digital Safari team is responsible to 1) Define Go to market, product strategy and value proposition 2) manage cross-program strategic efforts
Scope of work includes:
-Support the Virtual Digital Safari Product Lead in all activities through project management and product support - manage, monitor and keep updated the products objectives, plans, activity trackers and pipeline of opportunities using recommended tools and resources
-Project manage and collaborate with the wider Learning Engines team for platform development, key product vendors and partnerships - to include eventing and production, operations and administrative, content and technical and platform.
-Manage stakeholders at all levels, in all regions both internal and external
-Engage directly with regional teams to support partners and customers on product roadmap, product implementation and demos. Leading, tracking and participating in workshops, meetings, customer interviews, user testing etc.
-Support extensive research in content development of key themes and topics relevant to customers internal and external, working closely with global experts to curate and develop premium content, tracking multiple workflows, managing delivery, and demanding deadlines.
-Support live events as well as on-demand content development, to include sourcing, vetting, and engaging new and existing partners and topics, to ensure competitive advantage for Mastercard
-Work closely with wider Learning Engines team to drive development of new capabilities for the product, in anticipation of or response to customer needs, market trends, and competitive opportunities
-Generate, evaluate, and execute on ideas, assets and workstreams to market and communicate the product offering, drive all live project marketing work streams end to end
-Gather, assess, refine, prioritize Mastercard product requirements and coordinate with various stakeholders to improve the value proposition
-Work with partners, evaluate results and define strategies to drive platform usage and subscriptions.
-Be a passionate advocate of the product vision and act as the voice of the customer throughout the development cycle
-Organize, plan, coordinate and support the internal and external meetings, including developing the agenda, content, and meeting notes
Required Knowledge, Skills and Expertise:
• Experience managing global projects, and executing multiple programs impacting initiatives
• Exceptional project management skills with ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects in cross-functional environment
• Knowledge of payment technology and finance topics an advantage
• Ability to communicate needs and schedules to business stakeholders and technology teams, as well as ensure plans are in place/standards are adhered to
• Position will require a level of confidence to hold the line with internal teams to provide the highest level of advocacy for the projects
• Excellent communications skills, attention to details and confidence to take 'command and control' of project delivery from initiation to production
• Portfolio level planning, risk and issue management experience
• Strong relationship, collaboration & organization skills
