Title and Summary

Office Coordinator Dynamic Yield

Overview:
This role will provide essential administrative support to the Latvia team, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of local employment laws and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new joiners.
• Support offboarding procedures, return of company property
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local employment laws
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
• Lead risk assessment in line with Latvian Labor Law
• Manage office supplies, equipment and kitchen stocking
• Coordinate with building management for maintenance and repairs
• Assist in planning and organizing local events, happy hours, and team-building activities

Required Qualifications:
• Proven experience in office administration or a similar role
• Strong understanding of local employment laws and practices in Latvia
• Fluency in English and Latvian is a must
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What we offer
• Gross monthly salary base range 1200-1800 EUR
