Manager Sales Operations

Overview:
Mastercard is creating a new global Commercial Solutions team to drive our expansion into business-to-business payments, solving for the payment needs of our corporate clients throughout the procurement cycle across a wide region of countries in Latin America & the Caribbean. The focus of this team is building and expanding the two-sided network of Buyers & Suppliers to deliver accelerated GDV & Revenue growth in our Large Market & Multinational Corporate segments in partnership with our issuing banks.

The role of the Manager, Business Operations will be to manage the overall management reporting and presentation needs for the business. Core to the role is designing and producing timely and relevant KPI reporting, driving pipeline optimisation, provide valuable insights to management and ensure proper use of Salesforce capabilities. The job will require the establishment of close working relationships with stakeholders throughout Mastercard as well as partner organizations while meeting strategic objectives.

Role:
Working in collaboration with the Commercial Solutions team, the successful candidate will:
• Design and produce performance management reporting for Commercial Solutions in the LAC region
• Closely engage with centralised/global Sales Enablement team to produce timely and relevant reporting as needed
• Manage pipeline optimisation for the wider Business Development team in collaboration with Commercial Solutions country leads
• Provide valuable insights to management on the various KPIs
• Manage creation of annual market sales plans with clear objectives and KPIs
• Drive scorecard creation process

All About You:
Experience
• Proven knowledge and understanding of commercial payments industry
• Vast experience in reporting & analytics
• Strong organisational and presentation skills
• Proven ability to work under pressure to deliver reporting and presentations
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong collaborator - able to build trusted partnerships both internally and externally
• Experience in working in a matrix organisation
• Strong experience in optimal use of Salesforce and dashboard creation
• Comfortable with roles that require discretion, integrity, and agility
• Bilingual English/Spanish a must (Portuguese preferred)

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
