Overview
Products and Solutions, Acceptance team is looking for a Manager to drive our acceptance strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about understanding global acceptance trends, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.

Role
• Provides product expertise and leverages Mastercard integrated solutions to drive acceptance product strategy
• Analyzes business opportunities to identify new clients and product ideas aligned with company strategies
• Executes product strategies for acceptance products within assigned region (Turkey & Azerbaijan)
• Provides market intelligence and market requirements to product developers and product managers to support product design, development and implementation effort
• Responsible for pipeline management at the product level
• Implements customized solutions that drive value creation for the customer and Mastercard
• Creates customized presentation materials for customer demonstrations
• Provides technical support in selling innovations and technology to customers
• Assists in providing subject matter expertise on specific acceptance product and/or segment of products and supports identification of product innovation opportunities
All About You

• Strong knowledge of payments industry is highly preferrable, expertise working in the acceptance area is a plus
• Strong communication and client presentation skills - ability to concisely communicate complex content in a simple, logical and compelling manner
• Effective problem solver, identifying and mitigating risks, solving and / or escalating issues as appropriate
• Analytical skills with an ability to conduct structured analysis and synthesize large amounts of data
• Strong relationship management skills - experience of managing multiple stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
• Professional level English language capability
