Product Manager, Go To Market
Overview
The Digital Channel Enablement and Go to Market team is looking for a Product Manager who understands global/ regional market trends, stakeholder behaviors (issuers, acquirers, merchants and processors), regulations (when applicable), penetration tactics while engaging with key business partners to scale Mastercard authentication products globally, and drive Mastercard digital agenda. The ideal candidate is passionate about driving product growth, highly motivated, analytical, with a commercial mindset and project management skills.

Role
In this role, the candidate will:
-Collaborate closely with both global and regional teams to synthesize customer learnings and pain points facilitating the introduction of new product enhancements aimed at enhancing the overall value proposition and customer experience
- Data analysis, transactional monitoring with regional & global insights. Take a data-driven approach to product enhancements, identifying opportunity areas and contributing to the Product roadmap, prioritizing work to deliver against key areas of focus
-Develop authentication performance optimization opportunities, Identify, and lead product commercialization initiatives, including go-to-market and expansion plans. Support business review/highlights process with global product leads and regional teams as required
- Manage authentication products opportunity pipeline to expand acceptance reach and ensure key KPIs are met. Engaging with strategic customers in partnership with regional teams, and work with the sales enablement team in developing tools & assets that help accelerate product adoption
-Identify obstacles hindering the achievement of product performance objectives and devise actionable solutions to overcome them
-Serve as a subject matter expert on the product, offering support to internal and external customers with communication and training on product features and enhancements
-Take a data-driven approach to product enhancements, identifying opportunity areas and contributing to the Product roadmap, prioritizing work to deliver against key areas of focus
-Incorporate and understanding of the broader payment ecosystem into ongoing product management (e.g. regulatory, legal, technology, competitive, technology environment etc.)
-Leverage working knowledge of Mastercard business, systems, products and customer requirements in making fact-based business and product decisions

The ideal candidate for this position should:
• Demonstrate strong product commercialization experience showcasing excellent business acumen
• Be able to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels across multiple geographies
• Possess strong interpersonal abilities and adeptness in building and nurturing relationships.
• Have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to audiences of varied technical ability
• Possess the ability to leverage data not only for generating reports and analysis but also for crafting compelling narratives that convey insights effectively.
• Familiarity and prior experience collaborating with merchants, payment service providers, and payment gateways are beneficial assets
