Services within Mastercard is responsible for acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers by managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving the digital payments experience. We provide value-added services and leverage expertise, data-driven insights, and execution.

Role:
• Develop comprehensive product strategies and roadmaps to ensure maximum market penetration and competitive advantage.
• Manage and maintain existing product lines, including effective partner management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct thorough opportunity assessments on new ideas and concepts to identify potential market opportunities.
• Provide detailed design specifications for product enhancements to the Product Development team.
• Define clear business and technical requirements to guide product development and enhancements.
• Manage relationships with technical resources and the Global Technology Organization to maintain and expand platform capabilities.
• Monitor product performance, provide actionable feedback, define or approve/disapprove change control processes, and manage vendor relationships.
• Coordinate with customer teams, customers, and third parties to develop innovative product strategies and enhance existing product offerings.
• Develop and implement strategic programs and initiatives using the Go-To-Market process to increase card issuance in both established and emerging markets.
• Engage in idea generation, concept validation, business case development, and financial modeling and planning to support product innovation.
• Execute comprehensive business plans to promote the value and profitability of MasterCard acceptance.
• Enhance the development and design of product-marketing strategies from product decision through the entire product life cycle.
• Coordinate the execution of advertising, promotional, and sales programs to achieve business objectives.

All About You
• 6+ years of related work experience, with at least two years of management experience preferred.
• Extensive experience in new product development and innovation.
• Strong business/market/financial analysis and project management skills.
• Ability to interact and coordinate effectively with internal and external business partners.
• Business acumen with the ability to provide solutions that drive positive results for the customer and Mastercard.
• Self-motivated with a proven track record of delivering success while operating within a team.
• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent work experience.
• Comfortable with some travel and hybrid work arrangement.
