Mastercard is seeking a methodical and seasoned ''Product Manager'' to join the Services program based in Prague working alongside the Director, Product Management team and TPM's you shall create and deliver a growing Product feature set roadmap as part of our Services program, as outlined below.

SpendingPulse™ is a SaaS Platform that provides a macroeconomic indicator of retail sales based on actual, near real-time spend data across various sectors in 19 countries.It's one of the only data sources on the market that provides daily online and in-store sales estimates and forecasts at the national, regional and local level.

Role:

• In conjunction with the Product Director - create and refine the mid to long term ''new features/products'' roadmap.
• Document and obtain all necessary departmental signoffs for new products via our internal ''studio'' process.
• In conjunction with the engineering, Analytical and front-end teams - deliver market fit MVP's and feature sets against the Quarterly and half year roadmap.
• Work cross functionally to unpack and refine requirements behind stakeholder requests
• Work with European/ APAC leads and stakeholders to ensure fit for market solutioning.
• Collect, groom, create and prioritize stakeholder requests with engineering teams.
• Define acceptance criteria & work cross functionally to ensure fit for market deployment.
• Identify and resolve blockers keeping releases from shipping on time and/or with the desired requirements.
• Participate in post-launch reviews & incorporates feedback going forward.
• Own and manage product documentation within confluence ensuring features and associated documentation is concise and easily consumable by others.
• Work in conjunction and support the US Product Manager with BAU & escalations.
• Support the Agile ceremonies along with the TPM.

About you:

• Must have: Direct experience of working closely with engineering teams and delivering scalable solutions and new product feature sets on agreed timelines.
• Must have: Direct experience of delivering new features within complex organizations.
• Must have: High level of ownership and accountability.
• Must have: Verbal, written and presentation communication is clear and concise.
• Ideally: Have direct experience working with a data product platform.
