Job Description Overview
As a Manager, we expect you to act as a business owner, managing the long-term and short-term strategic initiatives for the commercialization of SEND in the region, driving our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving.

The role supports go-to-market strategy, business development / sales, while maintaining a constant alignment with the regional NPP product team to guarantee product's evolutions in line with EEMEA markets' needs.

Responsibilities
Responsible of building revenue diversification plan and identify new business opportunities for MC SEND across assigned MENA countries, precisely KSA.
Work in close relationship with all stakeholders (e.g. local and divisional BD teams, Acceptance teams, Market Development, Digital Partnership, Enterprise Partnership) to execute the plan and to identify new opportunities.
Closes new business in tandem with Account Management in a highly competitive consultative selling environment and generates incremental revenue from existing clients.
Support and maintain the BD plan and strategy for the assigned verticals, markets, and key customers.
Support and maintain the sales pipeline status based on the defined priorities for each market.
Provides MC SEND product support by identifying and resolving customer challenges and escalating to senior colleagues as required.
Product management, sales and strategy building experience - ability to understand customer's need marketplace dynamics, industry trends and the competitive landscape, developing SEND's value propositions for the key customers.
Advocates for and champions MC SEND internally and in the external market.
Evaluates business cases, new business models, agreements, and partnership to improve SEND's footprint and competitiveness.
Entrepreneurial approach: ability to quickly understand business requirements and to translate them into potential business development opportunities.

Experiences
Deep knowledge and understanding of payment solutions, with significant experience in product, sales and business development across different payment types, technologies, and customer segments.
Action oriented and results driven with a disciplined approach to deliver sales targets, financial analysis, and strategic development with clear action plans in multiple markets.
Strong relationship management skills - experience of managing multiple stakeholders in a multicultural environment. Strong negotiating and influencing skills, with the ability to execute through others who do not report directly to you.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Consulting background is a plus.
Knowledge of financial sector is a plus.
Expertise working with acquirers or in the acceptance area is a plus.
Professional level English language capability.
Strong presence & communication skills.
Strong people management and coaching skills
Proven team player with ability to work with all levels in a highly intellectual, collaborative, and fast paced environment.
