The Customer Delivery team is looking for a Manager, Customer Delivery, to drive our customer onboarding experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.

Role
• Own the end-to-end technical API integration and onboarding process for new clients
• Develop both the long-term vision, strategy, and OKRs for the team and manage day-to-day operations (Management)
• Identify and suggest process and technology opportunities which will improve the business model, service offering to customers and drive internal efficiencies (SLA)
• Engage deeply with Product, Engineering and Sales teams to incorporate user feedback and appropriately advocate for the needs of our largest and most complex customers
• Support client onboarding and issue resolution process for cross-regional clients
• Advocate internally for client response efficiency and transparent client communication
• Identify trends and issues through transactions analysis to improve product and service
• Engage in partnerships with Banks, aggregators, and billers to improve issue response time

• Experience working with customers as well as demonstrated energy, enthusiasm, and passion for making customers thrive
• Clear and personable communicator of technical concepts, both orally and in writing, to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to operate in a collaborative cross-functional team environment, providing thought leadership to help drive consensus and reach key decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks to completion on time and to deal with rapid changes of priority.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Hands-on technical experience with modern web technologies, API's (REST) and programming languages (JavaScript, Python, etc).
