That gives consumers the ability to budget and plan for purchases more responsibly, with minimal friction - no paperwork and a near-instant decision.

To meet the growing consumer demand for flexible payments, Mastercard has a comprehensive suite/line of Installments solutions which allow issuers, fintechs, wallets, BNPL providers, and other licensed lenders to provide consumer-centric installments offers leveraging both existing and new credit lines.

Mastercard Installments product suite is comprised of BNPL programs which can be offered across the Mastercard network, as well as installments solutions for existing credit lines leveraging Mastercard Installments Payment Services, a modern API-based solution. All solutions enable more choice for consumers who are turning to installment financing as a helpful financial management/budgeting tool.

Role
We are looking for a Go-To-Market lead to own Installments Product sales and deployment in specific markets. This product manager would be responsible for the commercialization of the program in partnership with regional and market leads. The candidate will work with a cross-functional team and provide periodic updates to key stakeholders in the organization.

In your role you will:
• Drive sales of MC Installments Product suite
-Develop narratives for customer sales
-Support regional product and account management teams on customer engagements
-Drive solid pipeline within the region
• Deploy MC Installment products
-Ensure stakeholder readiness (Issuer, Acquirer, Merchant, Processor, PSP, etc.)
-Partner with regional leads (product, market development, legal, finance)
-Liaise with global stakeholders (product, legal, engineering, franchise, finance, etc.)
-Package and present progress to senior management
• Take ownership of ad-hoc requests (e.g. branding, merchant value articulation, etc.) as they come up and exercise agility in execution
• Thrive in ambiguity

All about you:
• Proven background in commercialization and GTM execution required
• Proven experience in product management process required
• Deep understanding of both acquirer and issuer side of payment networks
• Base knowledge of installment products
• Able to lead a cross-functional team of peers and directs
• Strong project management capabilities
• Base understanding of Mastercard technology assets (Banknet, GCMS)
• Obsess on timelines and escalations where necessary
• Scaled Agile program management would be a benefit
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Decisive and self motivated.
• Proactive and result oriented
