Overview
We are seeking a Manager, Analytics & Metrics, to join our Global Business Solutions Center team. This role will partner with Regional Sponsorship & Marketing teams to design, implement, and maintain approval management systems and analytical solutions, driving operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in building systems, data visualization, and analytics, combined with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders. This individual contributor role requires a self-starter with a high level of professionalism, problem-solving skills, and a strong focus on execution.

Role
• Design, build, and maintain the Approval Management System on PowerApps to support efficient asset governance and decision-making.
• Develop and manage dashboards on Power BI or Tableau, delivering actionable insights to regional and global teams.
• Drive key operational processes, ensuring seamless coordination across regions and adherence to best practices.
• Act as a key point of contact for regional teams, providing training, guidance, and system support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sponsorship, Marketing, and IT, to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives.
• Analyze system usage and sponsorship performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Provide reporting and insights for senior-level stakeholders, offering strategic recommendations to optimize sponsorship investments.
• Maintain a strong understanding of asset governance and global sponsorship strategies, ensuring systems and analytics are aligned with organizational goals.

All About You
The ideal candidate for this position should have:
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
• Proven experience in designing and maintaining systems using PowerApps.
• Strong expertise in data analytics, visualization, and dashboarding tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex operational processes and align with organizational priorities.
• Proficiency in automation tools such as Alteryx, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar platforms (a plus but strongly preferred).
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of sponsorship and marketing strategies is a plus.
• A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
