Manager, Account Management

Overview
The Account Management team executes a clear and insight-driven strategy to ensure the realization of business opportunities across multiple Issuers and Acquirers in Chile as jointly identified with the customers.

Role
Design and execute a clear and insight-driven strategy to ensure the realization of business opportunities across multiple Issuers and Acquirers in Chile as jointly identified with the customers. Research, identify and develop business opportunities in new core product development, digital acceptance solutions, fraud and security solutions and other services and present them to the customer's management. Leverage and drive MasterCard resources in the process of identification and execution of such opportunities.

Responsible for the business development and relationship management with Issuers and Acquirers in Chile:
• Lead the negotiation process of business proposals with Customer.
• Delivery Revenue targets and assure accurate forecasting.
• Own and manage the Accounts' P&L, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Manage the successful completion of active Issuer deals.
• Enhance the customer relationship by ensuring the development of multiple solutions aligned with customers' needs, strategy and goals.
• Develop clear and compelling issuing propositions to carry out Issuer projects. Including Core credit, Debit and Prepaid cards for individuals, SMEs and Large Corporations.
• Understand global, regional and local market trends that may be relevant to the proper development and execution of customers' strategies.
• Act as an influential voice in Mastercard's strategy development highlighting key customer issues and trends, and technology and competitors' trends that are relevant to proposition development within Mastercard.
• Incorporate all MasterCard's critical functions to support into the customer planning process and execution efforts.

All About You
To be successful at this position you should demonstrate strong relationship management skills, prior experience in Business Development and Sales, experience negotiating multi-year multi-million dollar deals with senior level executives, P&L ownership experience, strategic planning and analytic skills, conflict and problem resolution, influencing skills and ideally a solid financial services knowledge (credit card experience preferred - must be able to integrate knowledge across all disciplines, such as marketing, risk and operations for the benefit of the customer).

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related area (Master's degree in Business preferred)
Fluency in English is mandatory.
