Title and Summary

Manager

Job Purpose :
With the expected ramp-up in volumes as the PRO & PINS portfolio expands, the need for additional staff at a Manager level is required to manage substantial volumes, going forward. This role is created for the purpose of controlling the OI Settlement operations based out of Pune and spearheading the business analytics initiatives for XBS Treasury.

Principle Accountabilities or Responsibilities
• Spearhead Business Analytics related initiatives.
• Contribute towards managing the settlement operations for Mastercard Treasury
• Conduct audit related activities for the OI settlement operations.
• Local lead for managing the Pune Settlements team.
• Conducting effective liaison activities with settlement banking partners.

Educational Qualification:
Graduate / Post Graduate Degree with Finance & Accounting Specialization

Relevant Experience:
• Atleast 10-15 years of accounting experience preferably in the financial / banking sector. Treasury experience will be an added advantage.
• Extensive experience in managing financial operations and analytics.
• Good knowledge of accounting concepts and Foreign Exchange calculations involved in cross border remittance transactions.
• Ability to interact with counterparty stakeholders which includes global banking and other financial entities.
• Should possess stakeholder management skillsets both external and internal.
• Should have excellent data analytical skills sets.
• Should be self-starter. Should have an eye for identifying issues and devising a probable resolution.

Technical Skills & Certifications:
• Should have complete command on application software's viz. Excel, Access, PowerPoint and any other analytical tools.
• In-depth experience of Excel Macros and programming
• Ability to create meaningful presentations.
• Experience in tools viz. PowerBi, & Tableau.
