o Must be high-energy, detail-oriented, proactive and have the ability to function under pressure in an independent environment
o Possess strong communication skills -- both verbal and written - and strong relationship, collaborative skills and organizational skills
o Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology or Engineering
o Advanced level work experience in job offered, or as Software Engineer, Technology Lead, or related qualifying experience must include.
o Willingness and ability to learn and take on challenging opportunities and to work as a member of matrix based diverse and geographically distributed project team.
o Experience with Digital payments such as P2P payment and/or disbursements
o Advanced experience with the following :
o Analyze code review reports and development quality to make sure best practices are being followed
o Develops/monitors quality gating and automation strategy for a given project looking at code coverage and API vs
o UI level functionality
o Possesses a strong knowledge of programming, tools, architecture patterns, and BDD
o Ensures Performance and Scalability for applications and platforms

Responsibilities
o Provides strategic support related to specific applications and systems; assists with implementing service improvements across delivery teams and other functions
o Leads stakeholders through demos, presentations, and prototypes
o Creates performance dashboards and collaborates with performance engineering and applications teams to resolve problems
o Coordinates requirements reviews and performance testing activities; monitors resolutions and retains documentation
o Identifies opportunities to improve effectiveness and time-to-market
o Oversees identification and implementation of complex DevOps and automation efforts; replicates and resolves complex production issues for single application
o Provides input into performance appraisal processes for junior employees and/or team members

Experiences
o Successfully led project test teams; collaborated with business partners, vendors, consulting organizations and peer-level professionals across IT disciplines
o Java development knowledge and experience
o Experience establishing automated test framework architecture
o Experience working with existing automated test frameworks
o Demonstrated expertise in BDD/TDD practices reviews and analyses testing frameworks and management tools
o Experience in scripting, performance testing, and application development
o Successfully collected performance metrics, producing performance reporting, built performance environment data sets and identified process improvements
o Rest Assured, Cucumber, or Karate (Gherkin formatting)
o Selenium or Protractor
o Gatling or Stormrunner
