Overview
The Global Risk and Compliance Technology team is looking for a Lead Software Engineer to drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.

Role
- Design, develop, and maintain API integrations between RSA Archer, Auditboard, and other systems.
- Consume APIs to pull data from external sources and post data to target systems.
- Collaborate with development and IT teams to understand integration requirements and design appropriate solutions.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all API integrations and workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to API integrations promptly.
- Monitor the performance and health of API integrations, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Stay updated with the latest API development trends and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience with RSA Archer APIs.
- Strong understanding of Archer platform.
- Strong understanding of APIGW.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, .NET , or JavaScript.
- Experience with RESTful, SOAP APIs / JSON and XML data format.
- Solid understanding of API authentication methods and security best practices.
- Familiarity with integration platforms and middleware.
- Ability to write efficient, reusable, and testable code.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Auditboard APIs
- Experience with GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) platforms.
- Knowledge of SQL and database management.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
