Lead Product Manager- Technical

JOB SUMMARY

Mastercard B2E Business Tools/Salesforce.com team is looking for a Lead - Product Manager Technical to drive ongoing projects on Salesforce platform. Primary areas of expertise include Sales, Marketing and BI/AI capabilities in addition to help driving M&A migration projects and building API/Integrations to internal/external systems. This role is also responsible for creating and presenting strategic consulting and deliverables for clients, including analysis, recommendations, and implementation of salesforce.com functionality across platform collaborating with Mastercard and M&A business partners.

ROLE

• Working with Business owners to capture requirements in delivering solutions in an agile environment and support the scrum team in upholding SAFe/Agile standards and processes.
• Work as a knowledgeable liaison between technical teams, testing teams and business stakeholders in delivering business critical solutions and obtain a good understanding of product functionality and dependencies.
• Developing and maintaining essential documentation: functional specifications (user stories, use cases, depending on the assignment), design documentation for building solutions in Salesforce lightning platform.
• Be the conduit between business and functional requirements, collaborating with scrum team to ensure clear understanding of what is needed to meet business expectations.
• Understand broader product vision and roadmap, provide recommendations on potential future projects, and communicate those to the Product Owner
• Show Leadership skills in making thoughtful decisions working with different teams.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders
• Working in full pace agile environment and has complete knowledge of agile ceremonies.
• Leads acquisition integration projects or other key strategic projects that require significant coordination & changes to application structure.
• Proactively manages the end-to-end delivery of engineering work though the engineering team and all dependent organizations
• Reports on progress, ensuring dependencies are covered

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Prioritize multiple tasks effectively and manage multiple client's engagements at one time. Must be able to shift gears quickly and manage many client relationships at once.
Help to ensure client cases achieve their intended results. Bring forward recommendations on possible future projects to achieve even greater results and communicate that to the sales team.

Extensive experience and demonstrated consistent success in managing complex projects, Working with multiple work-streams and multiple teams/geographies.
Experience collaborating with different team members to ideate and design solutions.
Ensure deliverables meet internal requirements as well as client expectations.
Manage and maintain a collaborative working relationship with internal resources and consistently deliver high-quality services.
Ability to lead and facilitate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives through indirect leadership.
Self-motivated individual with ability to engage and influence peers and business partners. Must also present Prototypes/Demos to business users as required.
Track and report project status to client and internal delivery and management teams.
EXPERIENCE:

Must have around 10+ years of experience working in Salesforce echo system.
Must have Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant / Admin experience and certifications.
Must have experience working on Marketing Automation tools SFMC and Pardot.
Exposure to any other Salesforce clouds like Experience, Revenue & Service is good to have.
Exposure working on Salesforce Data Cloud and Einstein GPT/Co-Pilot use cases will have added advantage.
Experience working with Content Management tools such as Seismic.
Experience working with PSA/Financial Force, Order Management, CPQ tools is a plus.
Understanding of system integrations, ETL & BI tools will be an added advantage.
Experience in working with Excel spreadsheets, Data loads and create mapping templates.
Must have Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must have experience working in fast-paced and dynamic work-environment.

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
