Overview
The Enterprise Operations team, which is part of Mastercard's Technology organization, is looking for a Lead Enterprise Engineer to help deploy, integrate, and support Microsoft M365 application platforms with consistent innovation and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about GenAI, Data Security, and Data Privacy.

Role
This is a Lead IT Engineering role with the following attributes:

• Challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead Mastercard's Microsoft software platform initiatives within the GenAI & Modern Messaging team
• Act as the GenAI Technology, and M365 software platforms subject matter expert supporting End Users, Technology Adoption, Change Management, and Internal Communication teams
• Will work directly with Vendor Product Groups, and contracted third parties

The ideal candidate for this position should:
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of Generative AI , and LLM Technology
• Be capable of developing and documenting use cases
• Be skilled at explaining technical problems and solutions succinctly and clearly
• Be a strong, confident, and exacting writer and speaker
• Demonstrate high level of experience with M365 Platforms -
oMicrosoft Sharepoint
oMicrosoft Viva Platform Tools
oMicrosoft Power Platform
oMicrosoft Teams
oMicrosoft PowerBI
• Have a strong understanding of M365 Copilot & Copilot Studio
• Should have strong understanding of corporate data compliance, purview, and governance experience
• Have advanced data security background

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
