Centred on data-driven technologies and innovation, this team provides consulting, marketing, loyalty and analytics to financial institutions and merchants globally. Marketing Services is the team within Services that develops and executes the marketing programs that help our clients achieve their marketing goals. The Advisors Creative Desk (ACD) sits within Services, supporting the Marketing Services business by being responsible for ideating and creating engaging, forward-thinking, on-brand content solutions that connect our advertising partners, platforms, and our portfolio of brands.

As the Interoperability Director for ACD you will lead the Interoperability vertical, with your team tasked with driving and implementing initiatives that will support the most optimal and efficient daily operations of the ACD capability. This role will have a close working relationship with its peers in the other ACD facilities with the intention of streamlining, deepening and evolving the interoperability between all ACD teams and individuals globally.
You will have an interest in marketing creative and relish working in a fast-paced environment which requires the simultaneous delivery of multiple priorities. You will have solid people management experience, along with strong stakeholder communication and influencing skills. You will also possess a background and appetite in identifying and implementing business improvement initiatives along with ensuring rigour around adherence to instated process and policies.
Role
• Enablers Management - overall responsibility to deliver on the needs of ACD regarding necessary platforms and tooling (software, hardware etc) to enable seamless, efficient and compliant project delivery
-Continually reassess existing and investigate and scope new enablement solutions and processes
-Maintain rigorous adherence of the ACD team in their use of resource management and project management platforms, such as monday.com, Salesforce and Aprimo
-Maintain visibility on licensing allocations and budgets for software and subscriptions
-Maintain visibility on hardware stock and need to procure additional or new types
-Primary interface with Marketing Services product regards platform enhancements
-Change management of any new processes as needed.
• Resource Planning - overall responsibility to ensure the effective and timely allocation of resources to facilitate smooth project delivery in collaboration with Project and Creative leads, including foresight into any capacity issues.
-Aide in the best possible project delivery, on time and to budget, through sound resource planning and management
-Monitoring current traffic processes and inputting ideas on how to improve current practices where required
-Co-ordinating the resourcing of project from initial stages through to delivery
-Updating key stakeholders on requirements and supply
• Vendor Management - overall responsibility to manage the vendor relationships and administrative aspect of engaging vendors.
-Manage vendors and any required SOWs and PO requirements
-Interface with Sourcing as needed
-Explore opportunities to streamline vendors and garner favourable commercials for ACD
• Provide Vertical relevant data and insights to Facility lead and Commercial lead for business management and reporting purposes
• Building effective relationships with key departments across the Services and Mastercard business, such as Sourcing, I&E, Finance, Legal, Compliance and the broader Advisors Client Services team

• Experienced People leader
• Process oriented mind with strong commercial acumen regarding efficiencies levers
• Proven project, resourcing, change and/or supplier management experience
• Experienced and comfortable with platforms, including capacity planning, project management, asset management
• Strong stakeholder managements and influencing skills
• Skilled at working under pressure
• Bachelor degree qualified, ideally with post graduate qualifications in related field
