The Integrated Marketing Communications team at Mastercard is looking for an Executive Assistant to VP of Marketing and Communications. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Vice President of Marketing and Communications.

Role
As the Executive Assistant to the VP of Marketing and Communications, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive's office. You will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle communications, providing essential support to help the VP achieve strategic goals and drive impactful marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the VP's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize meeting agendas, presentations, and reports for the VP.
- Act as a liaison between the VP and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate and manage special projects and events as needed.
- Draft and proofread correspondence, including emails, reports, and presentations.
- Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
