Title and Summary

Director, Services Business Development, Security Solutions (Cantonese Speaking)

This is a senior member within the Services Business development team with a key focus in driving revenue from Mastercard Security solutions. The incumbent will scale the Security solution business in HK, Macau, and Taiwan reporting into the Principal, Services Business Development.

• Be the revenue lead and subject matter expert on all of Mastercard's Security Solutions (ID Theft protection, Threat Scan, Brighterian, Ethoca, Ekata, RiskRecon and etc.)
• Responsible to grow and convert sales pipeline to drive security solutions product penetration with managed accounts, both FI and non-FI customers
• Develop plans to win in non-managed account (Virtual Banks, Fintechs & Merchants)
• Be able upsell & bundle consulting advisory, data insights and program management services alongside our security solutions technologies
• Partner with internal teams to build a seamless enablement for the client using our Mastercard suite of security solutions.
• Formulate alliance with external partners to drive mutual revenue wherever applicable
• Partner with B2B marketing to execute market lead generation initiatives across managed and unmanaged accounts
• Be a team player to support other verticals when necessary

All About you
• Proven track record in consultative B2B sales with sound knowledge in security solution technologies
• Knowledgeable in payment business, issuing, acquiring, Ecomm and within that payment risk management and enterprise risk management
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional matrix
• Work experience in the Risk and fraud department within a Bank/FI is Bonus, but not necessary
• Good network of target buyers/buying center
• Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
