Overview
As Director of Product Management, you will lead the full product lifecycle for cybersecurity standards, emphasizing product vision, strategy, and execution. You will define product roadmaps, drive ideation, and manage the commercialization of solutions that address critical regulatory and compliance needs.
Your product management expertise will ensure effective collaboration with internal stakeholders to deliver profitable, market-leading products. You'll oversee go-to-market strategies, optimize resources, implement continuous improvements, and manage P&L. Leveraging your deep knowledge of frameworks like PCI DSS and ISO 27001, you will ensure the products remain relevant and secure in a rapidly evolving cybersecurity landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end development and management of cybersecurity standards, ensuring products address critical compliance and risk management challenges.
- Oversee product ideation, from concept through to commercialization, with a strong focus on driving customer value.
- Define and implement a forward-looking product vision and roadmap, aligned with key regulatory requirements (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR, SOX) and evolving financial services cybersecurity needs.
- Translate market and regulatory changes into actionable product strategies that ensure long-term relevance and leadership in cybersecurity.
- Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies, establishing key performance indicators and objectives in partnership with Mastercard regions.
- Drive GTM Strategy and Commercialization to ensure the success of products in the market.
- Lead the development of effective product pricing strategies to maximize revenue and market competitiveness.
- Interpret and apply program vision and strategy to product strategy and roadmap for the Products they manage, clearly communicating it to key stakeholders on an ongoing basis
Experience & Expertise:
- Subject matter expert in Cybersecurity with a proven track record product managing Cybersecurity solutions.
- Strong knowledge of financial services cybersecurity standards (e.g., PCI DSS, ISO 27001, SOX) and relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Demonstrated success in leading product vision, ideation, and commercialization efforts, driving the entire product lifecycle from concept to market.
-Experience collaborating with regulators and industry standards to influence cybersecurity practices and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, with a focus on customer adoption and engagement within the financial sector.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and engage executive stakeholders.
- Continuous learner who stays current on emerging cybersecurity trends, financial regulations, and technological advancements.
Preferred Certifications:
• PCI Professional (PCIP)
• Certified Product Manager (CPM)
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
• Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
