Director, Product Management

Overview: The Core Payments team at Mastercard is looking for a Director, Product Management to drive products on our tokenization platform MDES (Mastercard Digital Enablement System) forward. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset. This role focuses on tokenization in the Private Label for Retail, Transit and beyond.

Role: In this product mangement position, you will:
• Lead the development and execution of product strategies for the MDES tokenization platform, mainly focussed on Private Label.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management and account teams, to ensure successful product launches and enhancements.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to grow the product and expand its reach in the the individual sectors
• Take responsibility for driving revenue and achieving product performance targets.

All About You: The ideal candidate for this position should:
• Have a strong background in product management, with experience in tokenization or related technologies.
• Possess excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
• Demonstrate technical understanding of tokenization platforms and related applications
• Be skilled at explaining technical problems succinctly and clearly.
• Have strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey your vision and roadmap to a wide variety of stakeholders.
• Be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work across different time zones and regions.
