Security Solutions is focused on making Mastercard the safest, simplest, and smartest way to pay. As a key part of the Services organization, Security Solutions is responsible for the creation and management of security products that help to secure our ecosystem by identifying and mitigating threats from digital fraud risk, financial crime, cyber threats and operational and non-compliance risk-all while ensuring a positive consumer experience.

The Product Commercialization team guides and enables effective execution of go-to-market strategies for all products within Security Solutions. Leveraging the Mastercard-prescribed Studio process, this team specifically tailors commercialization guidance for every product initiative, ensuring appropriate delivery of all commercialization requirements in alignment with Security Solutions strategic product priorities.

The role:
Streamline and navigate product commercialization processes, activities and resources to bring products and solutions to market quickly and efficiently.
• Tailor and lead Studio processes and best practices across the entire product lifecycle, simplifying product commercialization to avoid
missteps and missed steps.
• Lead product definition, organizational and roadmap tracking strategies across the enterprise, implementing best-practice approaches to
product classification, hierarchies and attribute management.
• Manage product information and documentation across the product lifecycle, ensuring ready availability, accurate and holistic reporting
and ongoing alignment with downstream applications and tools.
Develop and manage product commercialization strategies, roadmaps and deliverables to effectively align and accelerate deployment of Security Solutions products.
• Coordinate, evaluate and execute product roadmap planning, development and commercialization milestones, activities and deliverables
across each step including Ideation/Product Council intake, Pricing/billing, Legal/regulatory/franchise, Operations/technical development,
Marketing/branding/sales enablement, Customer communications, Training for sales/delivery/support/customers,
Implementation/delivery/support, Product reference documentation, Studio peer review gating.
• Communicate and align product commercialization strategies, roadmaps and milestones across all impacted product, regional and crossfunctional
business partners.
• Work closely with global product managers, regional market managers and cross-functional business partners (finance, legal, operations,
marketing, delivery, support, etc.) to synchronize and own go-to-market strategies and priorities, and to ensure appropriate delivery of product initiatives on time and within budget per business objectives and revenue projections.
Create and position strategic and product narratives for Security Solutions w.
• Create the global product narratives that facilitate the appropriate alignment and development of sales/marketing/RFPs,
announcements/communications, training/reference documentation.
• Communicate and streamline product positioning and messaging throughout the organization, ensuring awareness, accuracy and
consistency across all internal/external touch points.

All About You:
• Expert understanding of the payments industry and ecosystem.
• Understanding of fraud, cybersecurity and anti-money laundering principles, processes and players in the ecosystem.
• Understanding of product development and management principles and concepts. Specific Studio knowledge/application is a plus.
• Experience developing and executing product positioning, messaging, branding, marketing and communications in product sales
presentations, internal/external summaries, FAQs, case studies, sales training, infographics demos/videos and more. Strong visual design
(i.e. Microsoft PowerPoint) proficiency is required.
• Ability to understand and translate complex technical concepts into simple, understandable product narratives.
• Proven oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all layers of an organization.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Possess Organizational skills with the ability to multi-task across multiple complex projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment to
deliver quality work against aggressive deadlines
• . Possess technical product development principles and processes. Experience with Agile development methodology is a plus.
• Demonstrable understanding of financial concepts including product pricing and business case development. Product pricing and billing
system experience is a plus.
• Ability to build strong, productive working relationships with cross-collaborative, geographically dispersed internal stakeholders
(development, finance, legal, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, information systems or a related field or equitable experience
• Experience in end-to-end ownership of project management capabilities

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
