All About the Role:
The Network Services Pricing Director will play a crucial role in driving revenue for the Services organization in Europe through various pricing initiatives. This includes legacy mandates, opt-out and opt-in programs led by Network Services. The role requires strategic thinking, value orientation, and the ability to manage multiple new initiatives each year while improving existing programs.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract based in our London office (Hybrid Schedule).
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead ideation, syndication, and go-to-market (GTM) efforts for pricing
initiatives for Services in Europe.
• Collaborate closely with Services regional sales, product teams, European
Mastercard leadership, and other business functions such as finance and
legal.
• Track the performance of existing initiatives during delivery.
• Continuously support ideation to improve channel performance to better
meet internal and external customer needs and expectations.
• Explore opportunities for joint pricing initiatives within the new unified
Services organization.
All About You:
• Proven experience in managing complex programs/projects.
• Pricing experience in a multinational company is a plus.
• Strong background in consulting, with a focus on strategic pricing.
• Analytical modelling and business case development skills.
• Ability to develop value narratives.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver successful
outcomes.
