The Director of Consumer Marketing is responsible for developing and executing the Mastercard Marketing Strategy. They also work with agencies to promote the company's products and services.

Role:
• Lead the marketing department
• Develop the annual marketing plan
• Identify marketing opportunities
• Set the company's marketing vision and strategic direction
• Monitors achievement of corporate key performance indicators (KPIs), and defines KPIs for their area of responsibility
• Implements and monitors business processes and standards to ensure a controlled global operating environment consistent with profitability standards in their area of responsibility
• Supports efforts to ensure recoverability of essential business functions in the event of business disruption, including providing recommendations for modifications
• Works with technology, engineering, operations, and architecture teams to manage a strategic platform roadmaps in support of product roadmaps and market expansion goals
• Manage the annual budgeting and financial strategy for their area of responsibility including initial ask

• Campaign management: A proven track record of successful campaign management that increases brand awareness and sales
• Budget management: Experience managing marketing budgets
• Team leadership: Experience leading a team of writers, designers, and account managers
• Client interaction: Regular interaction with clients
• Branding: Comprehensive knowledge of branding
• Strategic planning: Expertise in crafting strategic marketing plans
