Overview
The Account Management team is looking for a Director to drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. A strong relationship management focus paired with strong sales capabilities and the ability to network are further key points for this exciting position.
The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
Role & Responsibilities
• Responsible for setting sales strategies and proposals to achieve sales goals that drive market share, volume and revenue growth in Switzerland
• Leads and manages existing customer relationships with Swiss banks and Issuers, as well as the acquisition of new customers
• capable of negotiating and dealing on C-Level to identify opportunities and customer requirements
• Focus on client success. Partners with the customer to establish, execute and report progress against annual business plans
• Responsible for pipeline management at the key account level
• Develop financial modelling and business cases for identified opportunities, recommendation of possibilities for additional sources of income
All About You
• In depth experience in Sales- and Relationship Management, ideally in the payments/financial services industry (min 5-8 years, advanced expertise)
• Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills with a evidenced track record in problem-solving and creating solutions that increase revenue
• Experienced in planning, managing, and closing complex, competitive sales efforts
• Impactful and influencing, strong negotiation skills
• Team player with ability to work with all levels in a highly intellectual, collaborative, and fast paced environment
• Have a Master or MBA degree (ETH, University)
• Ability to manage and grow internal and external cross functional relationships and partnership
• Have a work permit for Switzerland and be able to travel
• Position is based in Zurich, candidates must be fluent in both German and English (verbal and written), French and/or Italian is a plus
