Key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
• Support the implementation the Managed Services strategy in France
• Execute Managed Services project delivery for French Market under the management and supervision of MS Market lead
• Achieve operational execution within agreed project milestones and timeframe
• Review agency materials and control its quality and coherence versus brief provided
• Interact with vendors with regards to production and monitoring budget elements
• Ability to manage different types of marketing projects such as training events, marketing campaigns for traditional and non traditional customers, support the development of digital engagements
• Act as a reliable interface with Account Managers and customers under Market lead supervision

Education, Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
• Support the delivery of below the line engagements (in particular direct mail, digital and branch teller training) across the lifecycle
• Interact and report on third party agencies performance
• Partner with MasterCard Marketing and Product teams to fully leverage MasterCard assets within solutions sets
• Apply best practices across France, Europe region and globally, identifying opportunities to both import and export direct marketing best practices and solutions

Languages:
• Fluent in French and English required
• Additional languages a plus.
